1979-1984 MK1- 500HP Level 3
VW level 3 systems for all you VW tuners. The system starts with a set of high grade chrome moly center bars, with our unique double temper and heat treat that not only makes then stronger but is more torsional than the factory bars. Next we have the inner C.V. with chrome moly cage but what really does this system right is the larger outer C.V. its about 40% larger than the stock 4cly one. We then make custom hubs to handle the larger c.v. and is ABS ready for the 93+ cars. Kit comes with both axles, hubs and long 12mm ARP wheel studs to finish the job. This system can be made in custom sizes for hybrid applications also.

This is our most extreme system for all VW's, what we have done is remove the drive flange going into the trans. and replaced it with a 300M spline plug. No more 100mm C.V. just a new billet inner like you would find on any other type car with a smaller snap ring that releases quick. This system has full 300M center bars and our killer 26 spline outer. Kits come complete with both axles, custom hubs (measure the same as a factory one except is has a larger spline) and long 12mm ARP studs. This is the strongest kit you will ever find for a VW car.

This is our "NEW" stage 2.9 475hp axles. The set now comes with our chromoly cross groove inner but what we have done is this. The a standard 108MM inner c.v. that will fit the trans end has a very large internal spline (1.125 in diameter) the problem is this, the outer c.v. (internal) has a smaller diameter spline (a lot smaller). What we have done to it is this; we made a custom race for both ends. We have made the inner C.V. spline smaller and the outer spline bigger, this equalizes the bar size and make it more torsional. This will be a very large advantage to any other axle on the market today. To recap the new design is ready now and has a ball and cage style inner c.v. with balanced splines on each end to allow the power rating to climb to 475Whp the outer c.v. also sports a new design cage and race that is 25" thicker and 50% stronger than previous models. This is a direct bolt in unit and has a 1 year warranty. Don't be fooled by inexpensive aftermarket replacement style axles, they are not in the class of this new product.

Level 0 axles for the 1.8T and VR6 manual platforms, this axle with its newly designed inner c.v. with tripod design that are better than the inferior factory unit and 1117 billet outer c.v. this is great alternative to factory axles. This is a better than factory set of axles in many ways, it's just not what we would call a racing axle. Sorry no warranty against breakage on this set. price is both left and right axles.
